Capture incomplete WooCommerce checkouts and recover more abandoned orders.

Incomplete Orders Tracker is a free, self-hosted WooCommerce incomplete orders tracker for store owners who want checkout lead capture, product context, WhatsApp recovery, email follow-up and a clear WordPress admin dashboard—without a license key or paid activation.

Why store owners use it

A practical abandoned checkout recovery workflow inside WordPress.

The plugin helps you understand where a potential order stopped, retain the useful checkout context, and take a human follow-up action. It is designed for WooCommerce stores that prefer a simple self-hosted solution.

01

Capture checkout leads

Save customer name, email, phone, address and product context while an order is still incomplete.

02

Match completed orders

Use a checkout session first, then the newest eligible email or phone match when session data is unavailable.

03

Recover with context

Open WhatsApp or email with editable templates, product details and the store name already prepared.

Core features

Built for real WooCommerce checkout recovery.

Classic and Block Checkout

Works with both common WooCommerce checkout experiences and includes a cart fallback for product detection.

Admin recovery dashboard

Review incomplete and manually completed records, open products, call customers, view maps, delete rows or export CSV.

Privacy-minded controls

Uses nonces, input limits, IP-based request throttling and configurable retention cleanup for stored records.

Free GitHub updates

Public versioned releases provide WordPress update notifications. The administrator approves every update.

Editable messages

Customize WhatsApp and email templates with customer, product, site and date placeholders.

No activation barrier

No license key, paid activation, account connection or hidden remote license check is required.

How it works

From checkout field to recovery action.

1. Customer starts checkout

A private session identifier connects the browser journey without putting personal data inside the identifier.

2. Context is saved

Sanitized checkout fields and product details are saved to the store's own WordPress database.

3. Order is matched

When the customer completes payment, the newest eligible incomplete record is marked complete.

4. Admin follows up

Use WhatsApp, email, phone, map, product link or CSV export from the dashboard.

Free means free. This plugin does not require a license key, activation key, paid plan or remote license server. WordPress's normal plugin activation is used only to create or repair the local table and schedule maintenance.
